Join Our Mission

At SoCo Giving Hearts, we believe our community is stronger when we come together to help one another. Our volunteers are a huge part of making that possible.

With our delivery-based model, volunteers may help shop for needed items, pick up store orders, deliver assistance directly to families, help with holiday and birthday programs, or support us behind the scenes.

​

Every delivery is more than just dropping off supplies, it’s helping make sure someone in our community can get the support they need, even when getting to a traditional assistance program isn’t possible.

We couldn’t do what we do without people who are willing to give their time, their hearts, and a little bit of themselves to help their neighbors. ❤️

Role List

There are lots of ways to volunteer with SoCo Giving Hearts! Depending on our current needs, volunteers may help with:

  • Shopping for food and basic necessities for families

  • Picking up online or pre-paid store orders

  • Delivering assistance directly to families

  • Assisting volunteer drivers with deliveries

  • Helping with birthday and holiday assistance

  • Supporting disaster relief efforts

  • Helping at community events and fundraisers

  • Representing SoCo Giving Hearts at local fairs and events

  • Spreading awareness about our programs and services

  • Helping with fundraising and donation drives

  • Providing administrative and clerical support

  • Helping with social media, digital content, and community outreach
