About SoCo Giving Hearts
SoCo Giving Hearts was founded with a simple belief: no one should have to face hardship alone. We are a Southern Colorado nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, unexpected challenges, or temporary crises by providing essential resources and connecting people with support within their community.
Our organization was created from both personal experience and a desire to give back. Having experienced difficult times ourselves, we understand how important it can be to receive help when it is needed most. We also recognize that many families face challenges that are often unseen, and sometimes a little support can make a significant difference.
Through donations, community partnerships, and the generosity of local supporters, we work to provide food, diapers, wipes, formula, hygiene products, feminine hygiene products, household essentials, pet food, school supplies, holiday assistance, birthday assistance, and other basic-needs resources as available.
We are also committed to reducing barriers to assistance by offering delivery services when possible for individuals and families who may have difficulty accessing resources due to disability, illness, transportation challenges, or other circumstances.
At SoCo Giving Hearts, we believe in treating every person with dignity, compassion, and respect. Our mission is not only to provide resources, but to build a stronger community where neighbors help neighbors and no one feels alone during difficult times.
