Birthday Boxes
Every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday. At SoCo Giving Hearts, we understand that many families face difficult financial circumstances, and sometimes birthday celebrations become an expense that simply isn't possible. Our Birthday Box Program was created to help ensure that children in our community have the opportunity to feel special, loved, and celebrated on their big day.
Each Birthday Box is designed to provide the essentials needed for a simple birthday celebration. Depending on available funding, donations, and inventory, Birthday Boxes may include:
- Cake mix, frosting & a disposable cake pan
- Birthday candles & matches
- Balloons
- Decorations
- Age-appropriate gift(s)

Sponsor a Birthday
Want to make a child's birthday extra special? Individuals, businesses, churches, community groups, and organizations can sponsor a Birthday Box through monetary donations, gift donations, or by purchasing items from our wish lists. A single Birthday Box can make a lasting impact by giving a child the chance to celebrate their special day and create happy memories with their family.
